Storm Practice Outfits

Lauren got her new practice outfits for this year at cheer.  They are so cute and Lauren loves them.  We tried to get the poof going but we need some practice.  Lauren is so excited for the new season.

Forever Family Day - Nine years later

Wow, it has been nine years since Lauren was placed in my arms.  This past nine years have been so much fun.  Although there are times that are trying I wouldn't have it any other way.

We celebrated by going to the dine and movie.  Lauren also wanted combat boots so bad, so as a forever family present she finally got a pair.

First Day of 5th Grade

Today was Lauren's first day of 5th grade.  How did that happen.  She was just a baby yesterday.  It is a big year for Lauren.  She switches classes this year and it is her last year at Cherokee.  She is one of the big kids on campus.  She was excited.  She is growing up way too fast.

I made a simple banner and she thought it was great.  I always write she a letter and she now looks forward to that.  We celebrated by going out to dinner at her favorite place.  I hope it will be a great year for her.
