Memorial Day Weekend

We spent the day at Don and Janine's house swimming and having a wonderful cookout.  Lauren always has a great time with her cousins.  In fact Lauren and Sammie were having so much fun Sammie decided she would like to spend the night.  The girls had a fun time watching a movie before heading to bed.  Cousins make the best friends.

Last Day of 3rd Grade

Today was Lauren's last day of 3rd Grade.  She did so good and I am so proud of her.  It is so amazing to me to watch my beautiful daughter grow up.  I am a little sad that she is growing up so fast.  I have a 4th grader!!

CONGRATS ELAINE

Elaine graduated from Chaparral High School on Tuesday night.  It was a fun night and wonderful to celebrate with Elaine.  Elaine will attend ASU in the fall.  I am so proud of her!!

K&K Awards Banquet

Monday night was the K&K Awards Banquet.  This was a time to celebrate each of the teams and say good bye to team members.  Since Lauren will be attending a different gym next year it was a bitter sweet night for her.  She really likes her teammates and is really going to miss them.  Lauren got a little trophy for doing such a great job this year.  We are going to miss the little K&K family.

K&K Spring Review

Today was the K&K Spring Review.  The theme this year was Cirque Soleil.  It was a very cute show. The teams first did their competition routines one more time and then they did the Cirque Soleil routine.  Lauren's team were all animals and she picked a lizard.  I think she made a very cute lizard.  Blaire was in two numbers one was a Barbie and the other was a crazy clown.  It was a fun afternoon and always a great way to end the cheer season.

DIvas' Swim Party

Saturday was the end of the season party for the Divas' cheer team.  It was a great year and they did great but even more the girls had so much fun together.  They celebrated with a swim party.  Many of the girls are going to different gyms next year.  It will be sad not to see these cute girls together next season.
