Family Birthday for Blaire and Jacob

Brian, Diane, Sammie and Jacob were all in town for a little surgery that Jacob had done.  We decided it would be a great time to celebrate both Blaire and Jacob's birthday.  It was great to have them back in town.  We really miss them.  Blaire turned 18!!  and our amazing boy turned 6!!
