July 3 was our 3rd day of our vacation. In Lake Geneva the 4th of July celebration was on the 3rd of July. We started the day with coffee and smoothies. (Coffee for me, smoothies for the girls.) We got some pictures and then we went to the pool. The pool had crafts, hot dogs, and of course lots of swimming fun. In the evening the resort had games, face painting, great food and entertainment. Lauren and I entered the hula hoop contest. Lauren did great. I won the parent division. It was fun to do that with Lauren.
We then watched the fireworks. Lauren thought they were great. It was a great way to celebrate the 4th of July (even if it was a day early.)
