Let the Holidays Begin

The holiday season has began. We decorated our house and we started to Christmas shop. We have a lot planned for these next few weeks. It should be a fun Christmas season.

Happy 3rd Birthday Jacob

Tonight we celebrated Jacob's 3rd birthday. It was fun to see him unwrap his gifts and get so excited when he saw what he got. He loves trucks, cars and trains and was thrilled that he got a lot of those. Happy 3rd Birthday to our special little boy.

We went over to Don and Janine's home for a wonderful Thanksgiving. There was a lot of food, laughs and fun. It was a perfect Thanksgiving.

First Cheer Competition

I put way too much sparkle on the the eyes. Next time I know to tone it down a great deal!!!
Lauren has stated competitive cheer once again. Today was their first competition. They did not do that great but they had fun. Lauren had a great time she saw a lot of her friends from her old team and she saw some friends from school. It was a fun start of the cheer season.

Thanksgiving School Lunch

Friday was the annual Thanksgiving school lunch. It is always fun to go to school and have Thanksgiving lunch with Lauren and her classmates. She greeted me with the cutest Thanksgiving note and we had a great time enjoying the Thanksgiving feast (school style).

Fall Day 2011

I took a camera workshop a few weeks ago and I got a new lens and I have been practicing on Lauren. I think she might be a bit tired of this but I think I got a few nice pictures this morning before going to church.

11-11-11 (veteran's day)

Lauren and I had the day off for Veteran's Day. It was so nice out we decided to go to the zoo and walk around. It was a fun mommy and Lauren day!!
